Closing In?

Ro Khanna (D) says he and Thomas Massie (R) have the votes they need to try and force the release of the Epstein files. Well, okay, WILL have the votes they need by the end of September. There are special elections coming up. There are currently four vacant seats in the House, three of them from deep blue districts. Two of THOSE have already committed to signing the petition so Khanna and Massie have the 218 they need – or they will.

This is just a first step. A discharge petition is a tool to bypass a committee report that might be held up for political reasons, thereby holding up a floor vote. The petition forces the floor vote. Donny and MAGA Mike the Johnson are working overtime trying to keep the Epstein files secret – as one does when one knows how innocent one is. Like, exactly how “innocent” one is.

47, of course, is pretending the whole thing is a democrat hoax and is willing to prove that by keeping the files completely secret (except the parts that were previously known anyway) and shoving them down into a deep, dark vault. Everyone knows, the best disinfectant is deep darkness and further coverup. That never elicits questions. No wonder it’s working so predictably for Donny, et al.

Sometimes, I wonder what he’s worried about. MAGA morality is SO disrupted, Donny could show Polaroids of himself with young girls and MAGA would find a way to justify the photos. Would he lose any support? I doubt it. Those of us who oppose pedophilia would continue to oppose pedophilia and those who defend pedophiles would continue to defend pedophiles – just like what’s happening now – so why all the concern?

In the past, he has embraced whichever of the seven deadly sins he stands accused of committing and MAGA just admires his “honesty.” I’m pretty sure they would extend the same grace to him raping kids…

Judges are pushing back against the regime’s illegal agenda. Many of the things the First Felon have done are, not surprisingly, crimes. Judges keep saying so. The White House blasts the judges in conservative media as “judicial activists.” MAGA knows to hate “judicial activists” – except when the judicial activism benefits conservatives.

The reason MAGA is so easily deceived by the details? MAGA media isn’t reporting on the lower court rulings at all. That means the faithful don’t get the details. They only get the bluster from the White House and that’s bluster they WANT to believe, so they do.

As this redistricting battle heats up and degrades the US, it remains possible that Republicans who still love OG America might turn on the party. Just because a district has been gerrymandered to benefit one party or the other doesn’t mean the district will necessarily go in that direction. The benefited party has to come out for the election. If they’re unhappy and they don’t come out? The other party can win – even in a gerrymandered district.

I know that every single downturn of the economy or the society or the law in this bizarro America will be met with excuses by MAGA media. Somehow, everything bad that happens will trace back to Joe Biden or even Barack Obama. All they have to do is ignore the actions Donny took to bring about each day’s new disaster – and ignorance is easy for a MAGA.

But a year from now, even a MAGA might figure out that Donny has been playing them for gullible fools. He has lied to them, tricked them, and stolen from them. If they figure it out, they might just sit out an election. Key phrase? “IF they figure it out.” Odds are long…

Well, the Niners won. It wasn’t pretty. In fact, it was just lucky – but they won, and a W is a W. They started off with a bunch of injuries, then TE George Kittle got injured during the game. The team held together. The defense looked good. The offense has looked better. Special Teams? The headline this morning should have been about Jake Moody looking for work. Apparently, the guy was money in college. Apparently, he hits like a machine in practice. Clearly, he is – at best – “undependable” during an actual game.

He doesn’t have a preference. He pulls them left and he pulls them right. He has demonstrated a rather remarkable collection of ways to miss, in fact. He can miss Field Goals. He can miss Extra Points. He can miss from any distance. But when Moody takes the field to add points, one expects the score to remain the same.

I’ve seen this before, a coach who takes on a ‘less-than’ player as a project. Head Coach Kyle Shanahan seems to have done exactly that with Moody. I can NOT figure out why Shanahan stays so loyal to that guy. Moody’s job is to kick the ball through the uprights. Moody kicks the ball everywhere BUT through the uprights. Moody keeps his job anyway. Moody cost the Niners games last season and he’ll cost the Niners games again THIS season if he sticks around…

The Voices of Victims…

Listen, some of you guys out there might have a hard time believing this. In fact, some of the dudes out there should probably sit down before reading this because it’s definitely going to be a shock. Okay, comfortable? Here goes. It turns out – and I’m not making this up – but it turns out, women don’t like being sexually assaulted nearly as much as you might imagine. I KNOW! “But, what kind of bitch might reject MY glorious seed?”

Hey, I hear you, man, but it turns out, women want to have a say in their own sexuality. No, really. It’s like, THEY want to decide who does what with them and when and under what conditions. I think we all know that, by and large, most women have been ‘spared’ the burdensome responsibility of deciding with whom they should have sex, fortunately or unfortunately. But apparently, they weren’t fond of that reality.

It really DOES seem like THEY want to make those decisions and not have some man decide for them. No, I don’t know WHO the f they think they are, but that’s the way they seem to feel. Wait, it gets worse. As it happens, when some random man DOES decide it’s time for her to have sex, ready or not, she doesn’t take that as casually as you might imagine.

Women don’t forget it, and NOT in a “Aren’t you a stud?” kind of way. It’s more like a “Why did you do that to me?” kind of way. For her, it’s more like a trauma and less like a treasured memory. And even if you could find a woman who hasn’t experienced SOME form of assault – and good luck with that – SHE would very definitely know and love a woman who has.

The reason I mention it is this: it looks like there may be a possible breach forming in the stonewall the GOP has been trying to build in an effort to protect President Pedo. The vulnerable point? Women. Specifically, the GOP women in congress who understand that protecting one pedophile is protecting all pedophiles. Making sexual assault safe for some makes it safe for many. The breach will very likely occur with the GOP women in congress who have, themselves, been assaulted.

Nancy Mace is one such. You may recall, she bolted the interview room where the victims were testifying with a panic attack. She was clearly upset. She signed on to the petition to release the Epstein files. It’s true, she also issued a statement declaring her certainty that Donny isn’t in the files, despite the simple and basic fact that we all KNOW Donny IS in the files. But the statement was political, the result of her being in a cult, while the signature on the petition was visceral and reflects her feelings on sexual assault. She’s against.

Now, except for Thomas Massie, who co-authored the petition to release the files with Democrat Ro Khanna, the GOP men – who really don’t understand all the hoopla and think there’s not a thing in the world wrong with a little “slap-and-tickle” from time to time – are still fully on board working all day, every day to protect the Precious, no matter what he did.

But the women? They didn’t like it when it happened to them and they’re willing to take a stand in an effort to protect other women and girls from suffering similar fates. So far, Nancy Mace, Lauren Boebert, and Marjorie Taylor Greene have signed the petition. I cannot TELL you how weird it is to be on the same side of an issue as Mace, Boebert, and Greene but if they’re willing to take an honorable stance on an issue, I’m willing to let them – and I’ll stand with them.

Massie and Khanna need 218 signatures to force a vote and they have 215. 211 Democrats, 4 Republicans. Eric Swalwell is the only Dem who hasn’t signed but will when gets back to Washington DC after dealing with the passing of his mother, meaning Massie and Khanna need only two more cons to sign. There are more than two Republican women in the House who have yet to sign, so that’s where MY energy would go, if I was Massie or Khanna.

For clarity, this petition does NOT force the release of the files, it only forces a vote and that fact might stop even some of the GOP women from signing on. Presumably, the GOP men in congress will work to protect the attackers and not the victims and vote against it. Bucking the MAGA party line takes balls, which is why only GOP women are up for it.

The victims of the Epstein/Maxwell/Trump child sex trafficking ring have come together and said they’re going to put together a list of the men who assaulted them. The obvious question is why they haven’t done so before. The answer is fear. One woman names a rich and powerful man and the lawsuits fly. Even if she managed a win, she, likely, would be wiped out. In short, individual women couldn’t risk it. (Money sure does do a lot of damage in this country, doesn’t it?)

Hell, even as a group, the women really couldn’t fight back. They’d be sued into oblivion just for naming names. So Marjorie Taylor Greene – yes, that MTG – has agreed to read the list of names the women create on the floor of Congress. The women will be protected from being sued because THEY didn’t publicly disclose the names. MTG will be protected from action because Congress critters get to say pretty much anything they want on the floor of Congress without reprisal. But the names will be out there.

Donny must be filling his diaper right about now. I suspect his panic level increased a LOT when the victims held their press conference. On the one hand, 47 is trying to act nonchalant and pretend it’s all a democrat hoax. On the other hand, he’s doing everything he can to distract and redirect. He went so far as to arrange to have military aircraft fly over the Epstein victim’s presser in an attempt to disrupt the thing. Of course, planes move fast and were only a very temporary distraction.

It’s VERY expensive to fly military aircraft for even a few minutes. But when one is calling out military aircraft in an attempt to drown out the voices of the victims of one’s actions, one is clearly concerned about the words coming out of the victim’s mouths…

Donny Lives – And So Does Jeffrey…

Well, I guess we have to put the party favors away for a while longer. He reemerged. He just had some old-guy thing that kept him out of the limelight for a short time. Maybe he was personally reviewing his participation in Epstein’s activities on the DVDs we know the FBI collected when it was still a decently run, respectable organization. He likes those DVDs. They remind him of the good old days when men raping children was just party time.

Meanwhile, Nancy Mace was in a briefing with an Epstein survivor and got so upset listening to what happened to those girls she had to leave early so she could get back to protecting President Pedophile from facing the consequences of his actions. She was crying. She was visibly upset. She’s a victim of Sexual Assault, herself, and she said she had a panic attack and had to get out fast. Oh, but she’ll still defend her Precious.

In fairness to her and for clarity, she DID sign the petition to release all of the Epstein files. That seems contradictory, but both statements are true. She signed the petition but she also defended President Pedophile. That indicates her belief that his name isn’t in the files – at least in any way that might implicate him. I have a hard time believing he would go to so much trouble to protect the contents of those files if Mace is correct.

Meanwhile, the Epstein/Trump victims held a presser and have announced their intention to create a client list of their own. These women were there. THEY know who abused them. In my mind, it’s about time. I mean, I understand why they’ve stayed silent for so long. Running into the buzzsaw of MAGA wrath (a deadly sin, btw) would discourage just about anyone, but as a group and now that they’re known anyway? Full disclosure is their best protection and the sooner the better.

It looks as though MAGA Mike the Johnson’s ploy of running away early from Congress back in July hoping people would forget about Epstein and Maxwell and Donny and the sex trafficking ring they ran and/or enjoyed has failed. The news cycle DID move on. But now the news cycle has moved back.

Oh, one last thing. 47, liar that he is, keeps calling this thing a democratic hoax. This is a possible learning opportunity for MAGA. They KNOW the Epstein files are no hoax. They’ve known it for a long time. Right now is an opportunity for them to realize that “democratic hoax” is just a lie he tells to protect himself. If they can just connect TWO freaking dots, just two…

Every once in a while, I just sort of… reconnect with some stupid thing 47 has done. Most recently, it’s his dedication to fossil fuels. He has it in for wind power because Scotland built some windmills within visual distance of a golf course the Drumpfster owns. Once he got down on wind, he lumped all renewables together and doesn’t like any of them.

Do you know the first solar cell was invented by Bell Laboratories in New Jersey? Now Donny is turning his back on the technology in favor of coal and gas. Do you know who is NOT turning their backs on renewables in favor of 19th century dominance? The rest of the world. Everyone else will continue to benefit from the developing technology. They’ll install renewables and realize the savings and benefits of using them.

Other countries will take the lead. No, that’s not quite right. Other countries will accept the lead that’s being freely handed to them on a gaudy, gold platter by a grotty, orange moron. And he’s just… giving away the US lead – because Scotland built some windmills he didn’t like. So, naturally, he has to be all in on yesterday’s technology across the board.

He’s not just giving up the health benefits of using renewables here in the US. He’s giving up financial benefits. Not only can the US lead in the area of renewables, we profit from that. There’s money to be made – and lost, if he sets us back – but set us back, he will. He already has.

Get ready for Conestoga wagons to replace 18-wheelers. Sure, the big trucks pollute well, but they’re just too fast. Donny likes Conestoga wagons better, Conestoga wagons it will be. I guess his path to world dominance is to sit down and watch everyone else advance. Really, it’s just plain stupid…

Round two seems to have gone to Alabama. When Donny emerged from whatever hidey-hole he was hidden in, it was to announce that the Space Command would be moved from Colorado to Alabama. The same idea came up during the Biden years (so, of course, Donny claimed it as his own) but was rejected by Biden. Space Command stayed where it was.

The National Space Defense Center (NSDC) at Schriever AFB, Cheyenne Mountain Air Force Station, and the satellite communication capabilities at Peterson AFB represent the nation’s premier military and intelligence space coordination entities and people decided it would be best to keep the Space Command near them.

But I presume Donny is moving the headquarters to Huntsville because he likes their nickname, “Rocket City,” Alabama. Okay, that’s a joke. In fact, he may not do it at all. His threat to do it is to punish Colorado. They still use mail-in ballots, the safest and most convenient form of voting. (And you KNOW that’s true because Donny says otherwise.) That’s the reason he cited. Mail-in ballots.

Right. That’s SO petty and stupid, you suspect I’m just projecting stupidity onto the guy, right? Here’s the quote, “The problem I have with Colorado, one of the big problems, they do mail-in voting,” he said during the announcement. “When a state is for mail-in voting, that means they want dishonest elections, because that’s what that means. So that played a big factor also.” See? It’s not me pretending he’s stupid. It’s HIM, actually being stupid.

Now, obviously, if Colorado eliminates mail-in voting, as Donny is extorting them to do, he will likely change his mind and leave the command where it is. But Colorado MUST comply or they’ll lose hundreds of jobs and hundreds of millions of dollars in federal spending. Not to mention the damage he’ll do to the Space Command just to try to make a political point.

I’ll tell you this: Every time I hear some new “thought” from this guy I think of Bugs Bunny’s description: ‘What a maroon…’

Beggars Belief…

Is there still any question that Israel is engaged in attempted genocide? Are there still apologists for Israel? (Check with Bill Maher.) Even Israeli citizens are hitting the streets, protesting the ongoing violence in Gaza. It’s one thing for other nations to comment. Israel has an out for that, “You weren’t attacked.” But when Israelis start protesting and calling for peace, Israel loses it’s pretended moral stance.

The enforced starvation of civilians in Gaza has been playing out in front of media cameras (when the reporters aren’t being targeted by Israel) and the whole world’s watching. Some people are trying to do something about it. If nothing else, they’re trying to highlight the plight of the Palestinian people by just showing up.

Well, they’re bringing food and supplies but it’s not nearly enough. It’s more of a show than an actual assist, meant to shame the rest of the world into stepping in. Noted climate activist Greta Thunberg – among others – has joined a flotilla heading to Israel with humanitarian aid. This is her second run. The last time she tried, she and her companions were intercepted, treated decently, and sent away. This time? Israel is promising to handle things… differently.

THIS time, Israel has threatened to toss Thunberg and her compatriots into “terrorist level” detention with a specific goal: “Following several weeks at Ktzi’ot and Damon, they’ll be sorry about the time they arrived here. We must eliminate their appetite for another attempt.”

Israel is playing political games and, as always, actual lives hang in the balance. Israel has all the stories down pat. “We’re defending ourselves from Oct 7.” No, you’re not. Any moral superiority you once enjoyed – and you did – has long-since evaporated. Starving babies and other innocents is a war crime. It’s NOT self-defense.

“We have to impose a blockade to prevent weapons from getting to Hamas.” Uh-huh. Nobody is bringing weapons on these flotillas. These are high-profile protests against the above-mentioned war crimes. Thunberg, et al, are trying to help people. Israel knows that. But what Thunberg and company are doing flies in the face of what Israel wants: all the land for themselves.

I’ll tell you this: When Israel starts classifying activists trying to feed starving people as “terrorists,” I’m pretty sure Israel has surrendered ALL moral superiority…

Meanwhile, there are still stories swirling that the US will begin taking control of Gaza and “administer” the area for the next ten years while “relocating” the people who own the land and live there. Then, Donny gets to try to carry out his plan to turn Gaza into the “Riviera of the Middle East.”

I didn’t realize MAGA was so into nation building and foreign interventions, but this, apparently, is what they voted for so I guess they’re happy. In fairness, though, even if they’re not happy about it, today, they’ll GET happy about it once Donny tells them to…

I don’t guess I understand this. Donny has been rounding up not-white people and shipping them out of the country as fast as he can. Then, suddenly, he decides he’s going to allow 600,000 Chinese students to come to American universities? Okay, first question, why would they WANT to? I mean, now that Donny has seized control over various college’s curricula, what value will an American education have?

The only thing the Chinese students will learn is that Donny saved the day at the Alamo, Donny led the charge up San Juan hill, Donny led the beach landings on D-Day and single-handedly raised the flag on Iwo Jima, Donny was the first man on the moon, Donny invented vaccines but then immediately destroyed them since all vaccines are always bad, Donny was the first signer of the Constitution, Donny, personally, invented the atom bomb and personal computers with his “big, beautiful brain,” and it was actually Donny who discovered the double-helix of DNA. Watkins, Crick, Franklin, and Wilkins only got the credit because “the whole thing was rigged.”

Still, MAGA got pretty upset with the announcement that 600,000 Chinese students would be allowed to come here for school. It’s hard to blame them. Earlier this year, Marco Rubio laid out the official position that the US was going to “aggressively revoke” visas from Chinese students, especially those “with connections to the Chinese Communist Party or studying in critical fields.”

Now Donny has just opened the door and let them in. 600,000 Chinese students. That’s 600,000 people who are – shh – not white. Naturally, there was a backlash. Donny fixed it, though. He said, “I think it’s very insulting to a country when you say you’re not going to take your students” before insulting other countries by refusing to take their students…

I think it’s important to remember that no matter where he was during the mysterious missing four days, he was still Jeffrey Epstein’s best friend for fifteen years and the two of them likely raped children together.

The White House is trying to float the story that the Drumpfster was out playing golf with John Gruden over the weekend, but the photos they shared had been previously shared by Gruden a few days earlier. I suppose it’s possible 47 just now got around to posting the photo from over a week ago. Things like that happen. They just become a bit more suspicious when there’s already speculation going on about where he was.

Posting a photo that COULD be interpreted as trying to distort the timeline seems like it will only aggravate the controversy. You know, the way his many efforts to distract from that fact that he was Jeffrey Epstein’s best friend and the two of them likely raped children together has mostly served to keep that story alive…

Fake And Not Fake News…

I think MAGA is so busy being happy about winning the “culture war” they don’t know or care about the actual damage being done to the country. We’ve all seen how they were recently turned away from the Epstein files. I mean, it seemed effortless. All Donny had to do was chant the words, “Fake news. FAKE NEWS!” Suddenly, every MAGA everywhere just KNEW it was all fake news. Donny, after all, had said so – and when does HE ever lie?

So, clearly, MAGA needs a primer on fake news. I’m here to help. I wouldn’t even be able to think of all of the scandals that have been dismissed by MAGA with those magical words, “Fake news.” I don’t understand the magical power, but that might be because I’m able to discern between fake news and real news. The thing is, it’s not that difficult. So here’s my “pocket primer” to determine if the news you’re hearing is fake news or real news. Don’t worry. I’ll keep it simple.

The short version is, Fake News is gossip, rumors. Fake News is trumpery. The single most important characteristic of fake news is this: there’s no evidence. That’s important. Fake news can’t have evidence. Evidence proves the ‘fake’ part of Fake News. But, by definition, if there IS evidence, it’s not fake news. This part can be a little confusing. When I reference a lack of evidence, it’s not a case where evidence has been collected but carefully hidden away. Actual fake news doesn’t have any supporting evidence, whatsoever. There are promises of evidence. There are promises that the evidence will be released any day now or at the “right time.” But that evidence never gets released – because it doesn’t exist.

Think, “They’re eating the dogs.” We KNOW that was a fake story. The woman who started it said so, flatly. There can be NO evidence of Haitians eating dogs and cats because the Haitians weren’t eating the dogs or cats. Hunter Biden’s laptop? The one that was going to prove the criminality of Joe Biden? When? Because mostly, it looked like an opportunity to display a little revenge porn on the floor of the House, but it didn’t do much else. No evidence means it’s fake news. The 2020 “election.” The claim that it was rigged? No evidence is ever presented and no evidence will ever be presented because it doesn’t exist. Oh, sure, it’s promised. It just never comes. It’s ALWAYS hidden under a mountain of “any day now” but never shows up.

The First Felon’s current lie? The one about mail-in ballots being vulnerable? Fake news. I’ll tell you exactly how vulnerable mail-in ballots are to voter fraud: Donny wants to get rid of them. This, from the guy who wants nothing more than to steal all of the votes right now, today, and who is openly saying so. “If we don’t cheat, we’ll lose the House.” He’s trying to rig the 2026 “election” in every way he can think of and one of those is to eliminate the voting type he simply can’t cheat: mail-in ballots. If Trump wants to get rid of them, you KNOW they’re safe.

But real news? Real news has evidence. Think of Donny’s 34 criminal convictions for fraud. That wasn’t a story based in wishful thinking. That was a factual event supported by verifiable evidence examined and judged by a jury. Remember when he stole classified documents? Real news. MOUNTAINS of evidence. There was so much evidence in the stolen classified document case, it literally required a truck to move it all.

Think Jeffrey Epstein. We all know the evidence exists. We KNOW the FBI collected evidence from his various residences. Sure, it has all been carefully boxed up and hidden in some deep vault in the hopes that nobody will ever see it, but the evidence is real. It exists. The Jeffrey Epstein charges are real news supported by evidence.

Russia, Russia, Russia came with evidence, evidence, evidence. It just got locked away before anybody could see it. Bill Barr locked it onto a local computer and released a “summary” that mostly reported what they wish it had said – but didn’t. The Trump campaign colluded with Russia in the 2016 “election” and probably in the 2020 (where Donny lost because of mail-in ballots) and, I believe, certainly in the 2024 “election.” Donny can’t win without cheating and the evidence says so.

Frankly, I would think MAGA would get tired of having to pretend anything that makes Donny look bad must be fake news. I mean, what are the odds that every single crime he commits, every charge he faces, every accusation from any and every victim is “fake news?” It simply defies logic that anything that makes Donny look bad must be fake news.

No, Russia, Russia, Russia was real news, not fake news. The felonies were real news, not fake news. The sexual assault? Real news, not fake news. His association with Jeffrey Epstein is real news, not fake news. He DID steal classified documents. But if one of the Deceived even considers the possibility, he redirects. He pretends the true story is fake news and replaces it with… go on, guess. Yep, you got it. Fake news!

Do you really believe Donny just posted ‘Bela’ for no reason? I don’t. I imagine ‘Bela’ was posted as a response of some kind. He’s delivering a message to someone. Maybe he’s answering a question or responding to a command Putin had for him. I don’t know the details, of course, but I DO believe he posted that for a reason.

Yes, “he’s a moron” IS a reason but that’s not what I mean. He needed to get back to Putin on some instruction and when the orders were carried out, the message was sent: “Bela.” I believe that Donny is manipulated and out-maneuvered by pretty much everyone he has contact with, so, pretty much everyone. Vlad gave him an order. Donny completed his assignment and sent the code word: “Bela.” That’s just my opinion but, what the hell? We live in a post-truth hellhole and MY wild guess is just as good as anyone else’s wild guess…

Pretending Success…

Jeffrey Epstein’s very good friend, Donald Trump, is getting people killed with his cruel ICE raids. This clever trick ICE is using? The one where they raid Home Depot parking lots from Penske trucks looking for day laborers who ALSO happen to be murderers and rapers, even though they’re fresh out of murderers and rapers? Yeah, that one. Now a man fleeing such a raid has been killed. He was trying to escape the ICEholes when he ran into traffic and was hit by a car.

That same article included the tidbit that the US is currently holding 60,000 people in detention for deportation. If you actually believe they’ve managed to round up 60,000 murderers and rapers who were just wandering around free, I’ve got a bridge I’d like to sell you. The same bridge, over and over. And if you believe – actually believe – they’ve rounded up 60,000 murderers and rapers, well, you’re just stupid enough to buy that bridge every time I sell it to you.

I’m okay writing that last sentence because I know they don’t actually believe the ICEholes are only holding murderers and rapers. MAGA knows the vast majority of people being detained have no criminal record beyond a lack of proper paperwork. They don’t much care. They just like the idea that the government is inflicting pain and suffering on someone they don’t like.

Yeah, yeah, other countries enforce their immigration laws. I’ve heard that one. But that’s not all they’re doing, is it? It’s one thing to grab Jose Garcia as he sneaks across the border and send him back to where ever he came from, it’s another to revoke otherwise proper permission to be here for the sole purpose of rounding people up and sending them away. And there’s no reason on Earth for them to be so effing cruel. THAT part they’re throwing in for the fun of it.

Like everything else in MAGA world, most of the details of the deportation story are fraudulent. Most of the people detained are NOT violent criminals, the group he promised to target. Large numbers of them were immigrating “the right way.” That is, they were following the law and going through the process. The DOJ is interrupting the process for the sole purpose of declaring the people caught in the middle “illegals” and hauling them off to detention camps.

Oh, and the camps. Why does the regime have to be so effing cruel to the people they’re taking into custody? The main “crime” of the vast majority of those people is that they wanted (or needed) to live somewhere other than where they were born. Most of them were contributing to our society in some way, not taking from it. That is to say, the US benefited from their presence. Their reward? They’re ripped from their families, “detained” in sub-human, cruel conditions, and then often deported to countries they are not from, they know nothing about, they have no business being in…

I read this sentence from ‘The Niners Wire:’ “Through the first few weeks of training camp, the San Francisco 49ers have been one of the unluckiest teams in the league when it comes to injuries.” I’m not sure I can agree with “unlucky.” The Niners have a long history of injuries on the team. Last season, it was so bad, they were lucky to be able to field a full team and the team they fielded… well, wasn’t very good.

Kyle Shanahan is certainly a better coach than I’ll ever be, but there’s something about the training camp that needs to be addressed. It seems like every year, injuries are the lead story. Some of it comes from signing injury-prone players. Some of it happens in practice. During actual games, Shanahan is infamous for running one player to death, even though he has another player on the sideline who might give the first player a breather.

Letting player one sit out a play or two protects him. Letting his backup take a snap or two gives him experience. It’s a win-win, but it’s a win-win Shanahan never uses. I’m becoming concerned we’re about to endure another season of a team packed with superstars who are all hobbled on the sidelines, watching their team fall to 6-11. I wish someone could help Shanahan manage his team’s health a little better…

So… this is weird. Why did the Drumpfster waddle left and right when he was on the red carpet, waiting to meet his Russian handler? He was just walking. You know, as one does. But he veered. First he veered right. He almost walked off the carpet, so he veered left. When he reached the left side, he had to try to straighten it out again. If we had been driving, I would have called the cops on a likely drunk-driver. He finally managed to move back to the center of the carpet before coming to a stop and standing out in the middle of the airport waiting for Putin.

But then, as Putin rolled up, Donny started clapping. I suspect if he was capable of jumping up and down, he would have jumped up and down. He looked like a little boy who gets to see the “big truck” when it comes to collect the trash and can barely contain his excitement.

One thing that offered comfort to those of us wishing on a daily basis for natural events to end our national nightmare, Donny’s cankles look pretty bad. ‘Cankles’ is a slang term that describes a lack of definition between the calves and the ankles. It’s common in fat, out-of-shape people and Donny is definitely that – fat and out-of-shape. He’s very old. He’s in terrible shape. He could come to a natural end at any moment and in my book, it wouldn’t be a moment too soon.

Oh, yeah. Almost as an afterthought, no deal. Donny always thinks he’s going to walk into any room and make any deal he wants. He nearly always walks out with egg on his face (and ketchup on his tie) and no deals. Sometimes, people TELL him they’ll do this or that but because nothing is in writing, it’s just talk. They can string him along for months, maybe years, just telling him what he wants to hear. So they do. I’ll tell you this: Jeffrey Epstein’s very good friend, Donald Trump, just isn’t the deal-maker he pretends to be…

You see? This is what’s wrong with such a large swath of our media lying about, well, everything, all the time. This nutball shooter in Atlanta? The guy who murdered a cop while trying to murder other people? He was shooting at a CDC office – because he believed the Covid vaccine made him depressed and suicidal. When he found he couldn’t get in there, he went over and started shooting at a CVS drugstore, instead.

Oh, he was upset at the recent passing of a dog, too. That part I get. The belief that a Covid vaccine might do anything but vaccinate one against Covid-19? That’s the direct result of a now years long campaign of lies. Now we’ll suffer the effects of our moronic “health” secretary blocking the use of mRNA vaccines because he claims they don’t work.

People who rely on science say the mRNA vaccine saved millions of lives and shutting down work on new channels for it’s use will harm millions who didn’t have to be harmed. And that doesn’t even get into the area of economic leadership. If we abandon research into this new and exciting arena – like we have so many other advanced technologies because Donny prefers coal – we’re surrendering any possibility of leadership in the area. If we’re not leading the way, we’re not profiting from innovation. We WILL fall behind.

So in one move, Team Evil took us backwards in two different ways: We’re going to be sicker and we’re going to be behind in the technology. After hearing about this story, the guy was angry the vaccine made him depressed and suicidal so he shot up a CVS drugstore, I can see we’re already WAY behind in intelligence…

In what can only be described as an amazing coincidence – because in MAGAmerica, we have to pretend actions don’t have consequences – there’s a surge in Covid-19 cases! Here we go again. I guess some people just think it’s bad luck. Why does Covid-19 get so bad when Donny’s in charge? It must be the Dems, right? Biden! It couldn’t POSSIBLY be because Moron 47 insists on stupid over science. It’s like, everything he touches, he destroys…

According to the Guardian, evil Scott Bessent is going to take over control of the IRS. This will make him the (are you ready for this?) SEVENTH leader the IRS has had this year. Bessent replaces a guy named Billy Long, who held the post for an entire TWO months!

All of this is because of a large group of people who believe some of the most amazingly stupid stuff you’ve ever seen in your life. MAGA STILL believes ICE is only rounding up the worst of the worst, rapists and murderers. Nobody’s telling them the ICEholes are just picking up brown people and being as mean as they can about it. MAGA STILL believes undocumented brown people are living the good life on all of that sweet government money they get. They don’t. Mostly, they pay taxes into a system they can’t collect from. But just try to tell a MAGA. These guys are convinced brown people just wander into the country, into a welfare office, and walk out with thousands of dollars in monthly aid.

See, the ICEholes want to use IRS filings to cross-check addresses of brown people for deportation. The unofficial story is that Long, for some reason, declined to use the IRS database to help the ICEholes so he’s out. Of course, the official story is that he was only ever intended to serve in the role for two months because the White House sees IRS Commissioner as a kind of work-study, exploratory thing.

Now Long gets to go be Ambassador to Iceland and Bessent takes the helm of the IRS where he’ll have zero qualms about crosschecking Privacy Act information against ICE target sheets in an effort to help ICE fill their quotas. MAGAmerica sucks. That’s just all there is to it…

NFL football is coming. In fact, it has started. Well, the preseason, anyway. A kicker on the Jacksonville Jaguars made a field goal. A 70-yard field goal! That’s an NFL record. Nobody has ever made a 70-yarder before so you just KNOW that kick, a kick the entire viewing audience watched happen, MUST make the record books for all time and–
Wait, what? What do you mean, “doesn’t count?” Because it’s a preseason game? Records set in the preseason don’t count? Who knew?

I don’t normally watch the preseason. It’s generally more important to the players and coaches than to me. The games tend to be boring. Nobody is running the complex plays they’ll use in the regular season. It’s all about evaluating talent. Most of the time, nobody cares who wins and who loses. But I watched the Niners preseason opener last night. They lost. Who cares? What I wanted to see was Robert Saleh’s defense coming together.

He’s trying to put a new scheme into effect. He can use these games to test ideas while he tests players. He showed some of it last night. Not all of the players were up to snuff on all of the plays but it’s early, yet. I’m glad Saleh is back. There are a LOT of questions about this team going into the season but the skills of the Defensive Coordinator are not among them…

It looks like the MAGA strategy to protect President Pedophile is working. I’m seeing fewer and fewer stories about Trump’s many, many ties to child sex trafficker Jeffery Epstein and his moll Ghislaine Maxwell. The stone wall seems to have held. The files will not be released.

So, I’ll just post this bit here. Remember, Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein were very good friends who seem to have engaged in sex trafficking children together. Epstein is dead and Donny insists it never happened – and who has EVER heard of a criminal who lied about committing the crime? Remember, there are extensive files collected by the FBI on the topic that could well shine a very bright light on who did what to whom.

All the proof he might need to clear his own name but, for some reason, reasons no MAGA could ever fathom, he won’t release it. Oh, well, I guess we’re just going to have to listen to, and believe, the victims…

The Math Ain’t Mathing…

I’ve got to say, this is exactly the kind of math that keeps me from having full (read: any) confidence in Donny’s abilities. He claimed, more than once, that he cut prices on medications “1,300%, 1,400%, 1,500%.” He specified. “Not 50%, 1,500%!” He says things like that because his base laps it up like a kitten at a bowl of cream. “Ooh! Ahh! Prices down 1,500%. Why didn’t BIDEN do that?”

Well, because it’s impossible. So, yeah, Biden didn’t do that. Neither did Donny. It’s just that Biden didn’t lie to you about it. To be clear, if they cut prices 1,500%, when you go to pick up your prescription, you’ll get your meds AND a fistful of dollars. Anything over 100% means you get money back. Let’s say your script costs you $50. Lower the price 100%, it’s free. Lower prices 200%, the pharmaceutical company is giving YOU $50 to take it off of their hands.

Perhaps he’s just saying stupid things in an attempt to distract from the Epstein files…

Speaking of which, from out of the blue, with no warning and certainly no prompting – and having absolutely, positively nothing to do with her new minimum security digs she needed a special waiver from Donny’s “government” to go to – Ghislaine Maxwell has now declared that she never saw 47 do anything “concerning.” Apparently, she’s willing to misrepresent, but she doesn’t feel good about outright lying so they worked and worked until they stumbled over “concerning.”

Quick question, would it “concern” you if you were a child molester and sex trafficker and you saw one of your (alleged) suppliers molesting a child you trafficked? Because I don’t think that would be too “concerning” to that kind of a person. See? She got to tell the truth (because of her morals) and make it sound like it puts Donny in the clear. It doesn’t.

It’s curious, I don’t think of Ghislaine Maxwell as a trustworthy source. I suspect she might mislead if she thought there might be some benefit in doing so. In my mind, any testimony, comments, or statements she makes need to be corroborated with physical evidence. You know, like the Epstein files…

I have to confess, I DO wonder what he was doing on the roof of the White House. It’s a very weird place to hold a press conference – especially since the “press” was still on the ground and seemingly a good distance away. Maybe he was trying to distract from the Epstein file chatter. Then again, maybe he was trying to distract from the Texas redistricting drama playing out slowly while Texas Republicans work as hard as they can to cheat in the upcoming mid-terms.

I mean, they aren’t even TRYING to hide it. They’re out in force making public statements and threats against the Democrats who fled the state in an effort to forestall the proceeding. But the GOP wants to cheat. They want it soooo bad. C’mon, man, they need it. You know they need it. Just this one time, man. Be cool!

But the Dems aren’t “being cool.” They’re staying away and they’re making public statements, too. I don’t think this effort, alone, will stop the outright theft by the GOP but it could shine a light on it brightly enough that the Texas legislature decides it’s in their own best interest to stand down.

Naw, they’re stealing the thing. It says an awful lot to me that the GOP is SO certain that their own policies have been SO toxic, they’ll cheat in your face to keep their jobs – all so they can do MORE damage…

I know this is kind of rude but I always like it when trophy hunters get killed by their intended victim. The hunter has all of the advantage. So when millionaire Asher Watkins, 52, of Dallas, Texas, was struck and gored by a charging Cape Buffalo bull on Sunday, killing him instantly, it felt like…justice. The animal was minding it’s own business and Watkins came to kill it. The rule is, when someone tries to kill you, you feel free to try to kill them right back, right?

Watkins started it. The bull finished it. It wasn’t even a fair fight and the bull won. Occasionally, rarely, we get little glimpses of justice in this world…

Are the women supposed to just see a sex toy, forget the game, strip down, and have an impromptu orgy? What, with ONE sex toy? I’m guessing that’s not happening. In fact, I’d bet on it.

Worse, if you’re buying a sex toy you intend to simply throw onto a basketball court, you’re probably not spending big for quality, right? It’s not a very enticing offer. Dude, I see how you became incel in the first place. Let’s stop throwing sex toys on the courts, shall we? Just enjoy the game. Then you can take your (cheap) sex toy home and… make a new friend…

When You Can’t Win, Cheat…

In an effort to stop the gerrymandering Donny has demanded from Texas, the state’s Democrats have fled, leaving insufficient votes to move forward with the evil plan – for now. Evil Texas Governor Greg Abbott has threatened to “remove” the Democratic lawmakers from their office if they don’t come back. That seems unconstitutional, to me, but I’m not very familiar with Texas state law.

The GOP knows the policies they’re pursuing are incredibly unpopular. Every day, more and more people are speaking out. When this country was a constitutional republic, the people could get rid of lousy lawmakers at the ballot box. It’s part of the reason there has been so little pushback to the insanity coming out of Washington, DC. Americans figure they’ll just vote the scoundrels out in the mid-terms.

That used to work. The GOP, and, specifically, evil Donny, are afraid it might work again so they formed a plan and the plan is simple: cheat. The anti-American GOP intends to gerrymander districts to eliminate Democratic seats and give the state five more Republican seats, thus extending the artificial hold Republicans have on the House of “Representatives.”

It’s not like this is back-room politics. They’re doing it right out in the open, where everyone can see. There’s not much the Texas Democrats can do about it, except leave the state, depriving the legislature of a quorum. So that’s what they did. But, come on, how long can they keep that up? They get fined $500 a day while they’re gone and their campaign funds aren’t allowed to pay the fines. Besides, historically, it only serves to slow, not defeat, legislation.

Texas is already considered one of the more gerrymandered states in the nation. Other known gerrymandered states include North Carolina (Swing, red in 2024), Maryland (Blue), Pennsylvania (Swing, red in 2024), Kentucky (Red), Louisiana (Red), Arkansas (Red), Utah (Red), Texas (Red), Ohio (Red), West Virginia (Red), and Wisconsin (swing, red in 2024).

Maryland seems to be an outlier as a gerrymandered blue state. It should be noted that the swing states that went red in the last “election,” likely went red as a result of Elon Muck’s money and his ‘knowledge of the tabulating machines’ – according to 47. But if the red states are already heavily gerrymandered – really, the only way the GOP can hold seats – all they can do is gerrymander more.

There are some blue states threatening to respond in kind, California and New York among them. California was once heavily gerrymandered to favor the GOP and we suffered terribly under the heavy hand of conservatism. The citizens managed to eliminate the rigging and California went blue again but the method we used to get back to fair also makes it very difficult for California to respond with it’s own, blue gerrymander. Newsom is trying anyway.

When I re-wrote the US Constitution, I included a bit that required each state’s congressional districts to be “as close to square shaped as possible.” The hope is that the requirement eliminates gerrymandering altogether. It’s cheating, pure and simple. Because of that, I’m not wholly on board with the idea of blue states gerrymandering to bring more blue seats. On the other hand, the red-hats are openly cheating and the country is suffering.

Do we really just stand around, squawking about honor and playing by the rules when we KNOW our opposition is openly cheating? In this case, losing with honor means losing the country. Like, entirely and forever. In view of the GOP nightmare we’ve already been treated to, I see blue-state gerrymandering as the lessor of two evils.

IF California can pull it off, we can bring as many as six more blue seats to Congress, offsetting the five Texas is trying to add. But it’s a big ‘if.’ Democrat Jared Huffman called the ploy a “race to the bottom” and I agree, but bringing a Marquess of Queensberry rule book to a gunfight seems like a losing tactic. I’ll tell you this: MAGAmerica sucks in every way…

I’m very sorry to learn of Loni Anderson’s passing just a few days shy of her 80th birthday after a prolonged illness. I was a great fan of the original ‘WKRP in Cincinnati,’ and her character, Jennifer Marlowe, along with Gary Sandy’s Andy Travis, was one of the two “adults” in the room…

Speaking of evil, Donny’s problem with Epstein seems to be leaving the news, just as the GOP hoped when they abandoned their jobs early to go on vacation rather than risk forcing 47 to release the files he promised to release. Yet another promise made, promise broken.

I understand why Donny wants the whole thing to go away. Based on the information currently available, I suspect he wasn’t JUST having sex with minors, he was part of the trafficking ring, supplying girls to Epstein via Mar-a-Lardo.

I have never seen such a unified, concerted effort to protect a child-raper as I’m seeing from the GOP and MAGA, though. This isn’t “shame,” it’s disgrace. I don’t have first-hand experience, of course, but my understanding is that in prison, fellow inmates are absolute in their “handling” of child-rapers. Murderers have better morals that MAGA!

I mean, it’s one thing to disagree about the best way to balance the budget but protect the pedophile? I will never understand…
